Hi All,

Im a 32m from England, i've been struggling with my weight for around 5-6 years now (especially since starting a family) my weight has slowly been creeping up and now stands at 14st 6.8lbs and im only 5ft 4.

I have put on muscle mass in the past 6 months due to starting a new job which involves heavy lifting etc.. (building furniture) which is a big change to my last job as an office administrator.

I would love motivational support as that is one of my biggest problems, as well as dietry advice inc macros etc......
