Carb Cyclers, PLEASE HELP!

Hi all,

I am about to start Chris Powell's Turbo Carb Cycle. However, he never says where fruit, beverages and flavorings fit into the mix. Do you simply make sure that you have the right amount of carbs/fat/protein and then your other calories can come from fruit/beverages/flavorings?

HELP please! His book doesn't clarify this!
