Hip Pain and exercise

Hi. Im 20 and I have recently been getting some really bad hip pain when I exercise.
It kinda sounds like my hip is popping and it gets worse when I do bicycle crunches or kicks or jumps.
Ive been for an X-ray and it turns out I have early wear and tear in my bones.
I'm also Vitamin D deficient.

I was just wondering if anyone can give me tips on low impact exercises I can do to lose weight.
Im meant to see a physio but i cant get an appointment till October!

Im cutting down on my diet but I know exercise is important too.

I really want to lose at least 20lbs by Christmas
