Exercise Routine

Hi everyone,
I have been trying to eat healthy and work out to just be back in shape. I am a runner but I don't know a whole lot of different exercise routines to lose weight. I'm 5'9 and 155 pounds, and my diary is open because I would like some advice on how many calories I should be burning in a day. I would like to get down to 140 lbs and just try to maintain.

    Look to your local community centers. They sometimes have Zumba or fitness Boot camps or if they have a pool there may be swimming or water aerobics. This is a great inexpensive way to look for new exercises or activities. The main thing is to find something fun that you will want to do.
