I am set at sedentary on both sites.
My calorie daily goal on MFP is 1600 per day.
SHOULD I be eating NET? or FOOD?(Your Daily Summary on your My Home page)
If it is NET then I have been under eating:/
Could someone please clarify?

I do the same. I set my goal to just above my BMR and eat back all the extra calories from the FitBit. This has me at 1500 NET but I gross around 2200. Consider your stats though. FitBit tends to over estimate TDEE in SOME people between 200-400 calories so unless you have a lot of muscle under your fat you may want to eat a little less than all the burn.
I would suggest keeping track of what you are seeing for a little while to determine if you are losing on the FitBit TDEE. If you eat back all the calories and don't lose in a month you may need to drop your NET by 100 each month until you lose.0 -
