FitBit One users help please

I am set at sedentary on both sites.
My calorie daily goal on MFP is 1600 per day.
SHOULD I be eating NET? or FOOD?(Your Daily Summary on your My Home page)
If it is NET then I have been under eating:/

Could someone please clarify?

    I do the same. I set my goal to just above my BMR and eat back all the extra calories from the FitBit. This has me at 1500 NET but I gross around 2200. Consider your stats though. FitBit tends to over estimate TDEE in SOME people between 200-400 calories so unless you have a lot of muscle under your fat you may want to eat a little less than all the burn.

    I would suggest keeping track of what you are seeing for a little while to determine if you are losing on the FitBit TDEE. If you eat back all the calories and don't lose in a month you may need to drop your NET by 100 each month until you lose.

    You should NET 1600 calories per day. If you open your diary we may be more helpful.
