    So I'm currently approaching my 174th menstrual cycle of my life, and I JUST DON'T KNOW WHAT TO DO!!!! (EXCLAMATION)

    I have cravings, cramps and i want to shoot people in the face CONSTANTLY! How do I deal?!?!

    is it normal to count your menstrual cycles?

    I don't count anything, only reason I know how old I am is because my family reminds me every year

    there's a 30 minute yoga class on yogaglo (though it's a pay for site) that i enjoyed recently. one for pre one for per and one for post menstraution. otherwise, like others have said, chocolate :). though know that doesnt help with fitness goals ;) 5 grams of dark chocolate with a nice cup of tea is nice and wont set you back too far :)
