Eating good, exercising bad, anybody in Richmond, VA?

Hello all,

So I have been doing great with my eating and counting the calories, but I have not got any excersize in yet. I need a push! Wanted to know if there where any Richmond moms or women on here that would like to join me in a daily walk.

Its so easy to get started on your journey but maintaining it is the KEY!

Need more help.

    Yeah!! I live in Varina and the best times for me would be first thing in the morning or in the evening.
