Tomorrow is my birthday. We will be out of town, and I *think* we will be going to this restaurant for dinner. I want to stay healthy, but at the same time enjoy myself. What would you eat from this menu? It's a seafood restaurant.

Mmmm, this is making me hungry! These are a few dishes I found that sound yummy and don't look like they contain heavy sauces, creamy cheeses, or dressing. You can't go wrong with grilled seafood!

Don't forget to treat yourself a little bit - it is your birthday afterall! Happy Birthday!

PARADISE GRILL PLATTER - Grilled Mahi Mahi, 3 grilled shrimp and one of our famous crab cakes served with rice pilaf & sautéed green beans

GRILLED MAHI MAHI - Fabulous grilled Mahi Mahi served up with 2 sides of your choice!

SOUTHWEST WRAP - Grilled Ribeye, Chicken or Mahi combined with red rice, brown rice, two types of peppers, black beans, sweet corn, tomato, roasted garlic & cilantro wrapped in a warm chipotle tortilla

I love Mahi Mahi and Ahi Tuna, so I would get this:

GRILLED MAHI MAHI - Fabulous grilled Mahi Mahi served up with 2 sides of your choice!$ 12.99
Substitute with Ahi Tuna $ 2.99

And I would get the green beans and baked potato sides, but I would ask for the green beans plain (no oil or butter) and I would ask for the baked potato plain and would take half home for another time. I don't mind eating food without much seasoning/butter, so I would eat the baked potato as-is, maybe with a little pepper added. (I realize most people would find that bland, though...)

If you couldn't be good with the potato, I'd do a double side of plain green beans with the fish.

Those all sound great, and are what I was leaning towards. I wonder...are crab cakes always horrible for you, though? And does "sauteed" usually mean sauteed in butter?

Grilled fish sounds yummy!!! Just make sure you ask them not to cook it in butter...they tend to do that with Salmon and Salmon is wonderful all my itself!!! Have fun and Happy Birthday!!!

I'd get the Shrimp on the Grill, have them hold the bed of rice and sautéed green beans, and then order either baked potato (plain) or red potatoes. I might even add another three grilled shrimp to the order!

Crab cakes aren't always bad for you, plus it's all about portion control. Treat yourself to your faves, look up calorie info and decide how much you wantto eat and how much you're bringing home for a yummy treat for the next day:bigsmile:

The menu you looksd-lish and I think you'll enjoy your meal no matter what!
