i was thinking that too, but its suppose to be a marinade

    This is the reciepe

    1 cup smacker's sugar-free apricot preserves
    1/3 cup orange juice
    1/4 cup Smart Start
4 (5 ounce) skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

    1) preheat oven to 350
to make the glace combine the preserves, oj, and Smart Start. Rub the checken breasts with marinade. Sprinkle pepper on top. Place chicken in a roast pan. Cook for 20 minutes, basting the chicken every 5 minures with excess glaze.

To me it just doesn't sound like ceral fits in a glaze....

Looks like they are using it in place of like bread crumbs or something as a coating for the chicken, I think its still the cereal

i found a website that talked about it-- im still leary on the ceral, one mentioned it might be the smart start butter, which i've also heard of....that would make more sense with a glaze. maybe I'll try both.
