Question for all you, how do you know how much calories you should be eating? What percentages should you have for your carbohydrates, protein, and fats, for weight loss?

once you start entering your daily food intake it tells you all that information on your daily food journal page. It will also adjust the calories you need depending on how much exercise you enter each day.0

That I understand, but, how do you go about adjusting it and I don't mean the settings? Am I measuring how I physically feel after each day with the exercising and food or what?0
