My activity level ?

Sorry if this has been answered before, i was curious as to what my activity level would be? I'm "Cutting" (Bodybuilding talk for losing weight) and my activity level on MFP effects the amount of calories i must consume. If calories are too low, I will lose hard earned muscle. If too high, i will get fatter. I need it to be just right so I could keep my light body mass and get rid of fat. Only problem is I dont know what category my activity level will fall in to :( .

I go to the gym 5 times a week,and workout for at an hour
