Hi everyone,

It's my first day today and what a day. Doctor just told me I need to loose weight pronto! So, I'm trying to be good. I need to lose 40 pounds! I'm currently at 167. Any help and advice will be appreciated. Thanks!

    Hi Wade..the best advice I got here was to add friends..the people here are very supportive and full of encouragement :)

    Hello Wade,

    Just like absofsteel said you need to build up your community. All of my friends have help me through. Other things I can suggest is make your food diary public (or just so friends can see) this will allow us to give you advice as needed. Drink lots of water, cut out soda. Eat 6 small meals a day. I tend to eat a filling breakfast, then snack, lunch, snack, filling dinner. Any questions just ask!
