Stretches - what should I do?

So I looked through search for some stretches to do, but it seems most posts are saying when to stretch (after working out), and to do dynamic stretching (before a work out) or static stretching (after a work out).
On my workout DVD, there is a 5 minute cooldown where we do some light stretching. But I really wonder if five minutes is enough to effectively stretch muscles. I'm interested in becoming more flexible and agile.
What stretches would be best to compliment a whole body work out? (At least arms and legs, for sure. Would also prefer any core stretches, if there are any.)

P90X has a great 60 min stretch video. Stretches every aspect of your body. Also check out some yoga classes or videos (there are a million of these).0
