50+ female friends wanted to be Fit, Fabulous and Fiftyish

I'm looking to start a group wanting to lose between 20-30 kilos, who are 50 something and interested in becoming Fit, Fabulous and Fiftyish.

I want us to share tips, recipes, good days, bad days and see this through to the end of the journey.

I am in New Zealand and have been a yoyo dieter since I was 19 and am looking to change this habit for the rest of my life.
