How about this after morning cardio?

So when i get out of bed i do my cardio workout, i've read after the cardio to keep the burn going, one of the best is to eat some chicken and veggies, whey and omega 3.

What i eat after is a bowl of oatmeal with skin milk mixed with some whey and omega 3 oil. This also a good meal?
