The nut theory

Hi everyone,
I am not new to myfitnesspal, but I havent been using forums. I've lost around 113lbs so far. I have another 15-20 lbs i want to lose. So I ran by this "nut theory". You can follow the videos here

I am thinking of doing maintance calories temporary for around a month, but upping cals with raw nuts like almonds. I am curious to see how much truth there is to this theory. Anyone else in on this test? Its funny because I alway used to see many people eating nuts like they were nothing and didnt gain weight. I am not in a rush to lose the last 15-20lbs but if this theory has some truth, it could probably help out with hunger since 1200 isnt enough to keep me full, but adding nuts helps curve hunger. If anyone is interested in this as well as the results, I'll be revisiting this in around a month.
