this a.m. I weighed, even after eating breakfast and I was down to a flat 133 lbs. I have gotten down to 127(lowest since I was in my late 30's)and so I look forward to seeing 120 something, LOL!! I seem to have a lot of success with eating over my calories one day and under the next. I do try to drink enough water but fall short of the 8 a day, most days. I do get at the very least, 4 of the 8 ounce glasses though. Anyone wanting to see how I've been eating/water etc is welcome to view my diary. I have been losing since 6/16(I believe that is the right date I started this time). Last time I tried(and did lose 10 lbs)it took me 5 months. Mainly because of trying to be "perfect" and also, injured a knee trying to walk my behind off. This time I seem to just relax and plan my meals for the day, and keep my bottle of water filled at work. Hugs and encouragement to all!! Denise

A couple of questions: How much do you go over your calories? Do you eat your exercise calories? I can't seem to get all the water down either. I drink about 7- 8 ounces and that seems to work for me. I usually eat half of my exercise calories. I'm trying to incorporate better chooses of food. Eating more fruit is not a problem for me (other than my kids eat it all), but the veggies are a bit harder. We are on a tight budget, so hopefully that will end soon and I will be able to buy fresh produce and fruits. Thanks for your post.
