I'm so excited about it! It's a great book; easy to read and even entertaining. I have been looking for something like this for a long time.

    That is the best decision you have ever made!!! I started it in May...you will see great results. Just a tip, measure your body fat percentage now so you will have a baseline.

    I am LOVING this!!! I have done so many (tough) workouts in my life, but NOTHING produced results like NROL for women. It hasn't been that long, either. And I get to eat, too, instead of those 1300 cal diet things I used to do.

    This has transformed the way I view fitness and diet in such a great way; I am so thankful for it!

    Good choice, I love it! I'm about 1/2way through stage 1 and still look forward to each trip to the gym. I can't wait to move on to stage 2.
