I’ve been seeing some post about IIFYM.com and locked in information in the Macro calculator a few minutes ago. These were my results 1801 calories Protein 242g Fat 45g Carbs 60g and fiber 37g
Does anyone have any ideas on how in the world I can meet these numbers daily or am I stressing too much on the subject? I am particularly concerned about the protein part...
Thx MFPals:flowerforyou:

That protein seems really high, and the fat and carbs quite low. now sure why it gave you that intake...
Think this is due to the 1 gram of protein per lb of body weight. that is much too high is your BF% is above the athletic range, I would go for 0.75 grams/lb of body weight instead.0 -

I placed sedentary for activity level since I do have a desk job and exercise 6 days a week from 45-60 mins. using the Mifflin-St Jeor formula on the site. It gave me a TDEE of 2251 and BMR 1876. -20% of tha TDEE is 1801 but, the next sections has a block for fat loss(whichis what I want) 2040 cal/day I picked aggressive 20% and it gave me those stats..so Im not sure.
Does the aggressive 20% amount too much?0 -

Okay that give me 191g so the 51g left should I put that toward carbs?0 -

I would put most on to carbs but a few more fat would be beneficial too0 -
