8 cups of water

I live in Scotland and drink Highland Spring Sparkling Water (local carbonated spring water) which comes in 500ml bottles. I drink at least 5 bottles per day, does this equal the daily suggested amount of 8 cups of water per day?

I cup is 8 ounces, and 8 ounces equals 236 ml. So 1892.71ml = 8 cups. I'll let you do the rest of the math.

500mls is regarded as 2 cups. so 4 bottles equal 2litrs (8 cups)
