Hello from the Aloha state

For a majority of my life I've been bulking and trying to maintain or put on weight (for sports). With the combination of not playing sports year round and working full time, I found myself slowly putting on weight.

I wanted to turn my body and eating around by lowering my total weight and lowering my % body fat. A friend suggested that I use this site to track my calories. I've logged in a little over a week and I love it thus far.

    Welcome! It's a great site! There is a lot of motivation people on here, and a lot of pretty smart people who know a thing or two on fitness. (Not me - I'm more of a foodie - so if you need a recipe, let me know!)
