Since 7/16/13 I've shed about 10 inches from my whole body.

The best part is, I love looking in the mirror now!

Before I started my weight loss journey I couldn't bear seeing myself nude or in a swimsuit. In fact, last summer, I never went swimming because I was too self conscious. That's a bigger deal considering I live in AZ, where our Summer's get HOT and swimming is almost mandatory.

I just love that I feel good about myself now. I still have work to do and I'm fully enjoying the journey, and seeing those little changes each week.

To anyone who doesn't measure themselves... start! It's such a fantastic way to track progress.
