This is a long shot but is anyone here a member of the total fitness gyms in the uk? If so do you know if you can take guests to the gym... obviously I am expecting that guests would have to pay to use the facilities but I wondered if this was an option?

edit: right I have really just proved how blonde I am... its not fitness first its total fitness!!

I would think most gyms would allow a free one day pass for a guest. I know my gym does it, and it's with LA Fitness.

I'm a member of fitness first and yeah, you can bring guests to the gym for free!

If you let them know in advance then they'll arrange for your guest to have a day guest pass. Sometimes you can even get a week long pass. You can also pay a daily fee but it's like £10 per day so don't bother with that. :ohwell:
Just tell reception that you want your guest to experience the gym and what it has to offer e.g classes, machines, sauna and they'll sort you out a pass. :-)
