Getting Started... Again

Every time I get started (again) I feel like I know what to do - its not that hard. But, then I read posts with feedback like, "you're not eating enough", "you're eating too much", "you're wrecking your metabolism", "you should eat back your calories", "you shouldn't eat back your calories", that with protein, carbs, etc. I begin to feel overwhelmed. So I welcome anyone to look at my food diary (keep in mind I just started exercising again, so I'm starting out slow) and give some feedback. I guess I would just like to be confident I'm on the right track...

I only looked at a few days of your diary. I could make suggestions, but the bottom line is that it is a good start.
If you quit because you get confused reading the forums STOP READING THE FORUMS!!!!!
The most important thing is just to keep at it. If you keep quitting you will never get there. Stick to your calorie goals and just keep plugging.
Good luck!0
