Jillian Michaels "making the cut" & cheating

I am doing Jillian's "making the cut" 30 day exercise program but not the eating plan. Anyone else out there doing this program or have done it before?? Did u get results even if you didn't do the diet part?

The book is made for people wanting to lose the last 10-20 pounds...I only want more strength and more muscle which may in turn result in weightloss but I always catch myself eating unhealthy things because in the back of my head I think "Ohhh I'll just burn it off later." or.... "I deserve this treat today" but that treat turns into a treat EVERYday...

uhggg any suggestions or answers to my results question..??
