Worse week...

Hey!
I am already 5 weeks (or slightly over) here and it went pretty fine so far. I used to exercise a lot and eat healthy.
This week I definitely exercised the least... mostly because weather is hellish here now.. rains all the time and is cold.
I am changing into indoor exercises again then.
But.. this week i did some lifting/Jillain's Ripped and it.. ripped me apart!! I could not move, let alone think of more work out. So i let myself rest..
Also I have to admit that i had a slightly weaker week as far as healthy eating is concerned.. I was (mostly) still within NET goals but I did not feel as much on diet anymore.. 2 or 3 times i surpassed my goal and ate 1 item extra than what i should..
I definitely don't want to wait until Monday to get right on track..I plan to restart exercising again tomorrow, for good, again...
Any tips to get motivated again? Any dangers waiting for me out there and how not to get off track?

Just forget about it and move on. Everyone has a day or few where they're over calories. It happens. That's called life. Then you get over it and get right back to tracking and hitting goal.0
