CONFUSED Need help with macros and eating back calories?

I weight 164 with 40% body fat. i figured it out 1370 cals( on MFP to lose a lb) 137p 38f 120c(40 % protien 25 % fat 35 % Carb) So do i have to eat the calories i burn from exercise ? i burn 400- 500 doing cardio 3x a week and weight 250 cals 2 x a week . If i put the workout for the day in MFP all my Macros go up so do i eat those new macros?

    If you workout that many calories that often, yes... eat extra. Focus on increasing all of your numbers evenly... although remember around workouts to eat protein and carbs (low fat whenever you eat before/after your workout). You could probably eat more healthy fats than just 38 a day though....
