I'm not here to promote, but I am quite under the minimum recommended calorie intake for men (appx 1000-1200 cal/day). Have been this way for at least 5 yrs. An aquaintance at the gym recommended this site, so here I be. Obviously if I'm not allowed, I'll understand, thanks.

While I don't think most would think that calorie level was healthy, unless you try to promote extremely low cal dieting, I don't think just posting that you're doing that would get you banned. Also, they'd usually just delete your post, unless you kept doing it, then they might ban you.0
