NOTHING!!! I eat anything I want, in moderation. As long as I don't go over my base calories + my exercise calories per day I'm A-OK with it.

    this!

What's your definition of a cheat meal?

Anything you pretend you didn't eat.

Best answer i have ever heard, the only time you are cheating is by lying to yourself.

Anything that puts me into an unintended surplus.

Why would a single slice of pizza count as a cheat when you can still easily stay within your calorie limits after eating it? Unless you've eaten a significant portion of a large deep dish pizza loaded with all the trimmings, and extra sauce it's fairly easy to stay within your calories limits and macros eating some. So it shouldn't count as "cheating." Check my diary for Sunday. I ate 6 slices of Papa John's and still came in within my goals. Nothing "cheat" focused there.

I dont get it? Cheat as in not logging that last meal?

Its best to log absolutely everything and be as honest as possible, otherwise you run the risk of becoming one of those people who say they cant loose weight no matter how hard they try and MFP isnt for me blah blah blah.....

Its a simple calculation at the end of the day.

I think eating a slice of pizza is considered as a cheat meal.

What's your definition of a cheat meal?

1 slice?! No way. A whole pizza, yes.

For me, since I follow a low carb lifestyle, its a meal with higher carbs(sugar or starch) like popcorn, potatoes, or gluten free bread, cake, cookies. I usually do this once a week.
