    Hello! I know motivation is so important! So with that, a friend and I created a facebook group. It's all about encouraging, motivating! It's a place where we share a tip of the day, have motivational mondays, check in wednesdays, post information articles, get to know you friday's, share recipes, our struggles, success. Before and after photo's. Fun/friendly food and workout challenges. If any of this sounds like it's for you come check us out on facaebook. Just search: MFP Group Challenges
    it's a great place to also grow your friends list, so you get the support for MFP and more that is hard to share on MFP. The group is at 164 and growing and we welcome all.

    This person is looking for motivation and you are advertising......

    @Gummibear111

    Let me hit you with a bit of reality. You coming on here and whining because you had a bad day will cause you to go off track is really the most bizarre crazy cry baby excuse I have ever seen on MFP..

    News Flash WE ALL HAVE BAD DAYS ... but the winners accept their fate and move on..... Which are you ?

    You need to spend a little mirror time with yourself ... Look at your self directly in the eyes and you need to ask yourself .... How bad do you want it ?

    Because if you really want it bad enough you will go out there and take whats yours.. So the choice ultimately up to you.... YOu know what you have to do or you should.. But allow me to break it down for you... You obviously weren't happy with the old way so you decided to change... SO how will going off your journey make anything better than it is right now? You will just be stuck in a vicious endless cycle of self loathing and laziness wanting to do something about it but never acting on it until you go to war with yourself and DECIDE and COMMIT to becomign the best you, you can ever be.. Be Great, be proud, be strong.. Don't be lazy, don't be insecure, don't weak....

    I think you are just using your bad day for an excuse to give up because it isn't easy... Anything worth doing is never easy. The truth is the positives out way the negatives by a long shot.. Don't believe me, make your own pros and cons list. You really don't have to because you already know the truth...

    Quit making excuses to quit and continue on this road to greatness.... Its one step, one small victory at a time....

    How bad do you want it ?

    In fact, don't even be human!

    I think motivation is over rated. Get into good habits and weight loss will take care of itself.

    In the meantime, do something useful like declutter, clean something in a frenzy, go mad with some exercise.

    In a year from now you will wish you had started today.

    Motivation is internal. You either have it or not. People who are truly motivated don't let BS bother them or derail them from the goal.
    People can inspire and encourage, but motivation has to come from you.
