Hot sauce is the answer. I put it on just about everything- in soups, in stews, salsa on baked potatoes. I even have a powder called "Death Rain" that I use on things where hot sauce can't be mixed in (over a serving of casserole, for example). This has the advantage of being done only to your serving- your friends/family won't be subjected to something too spicy for their tastes.

    Guilt-free!

Red hot, I put that *kitten* on everything:laugh: Seriously though, I make all kinds of chicken recipes by just using hot spices and mixing with brown rice or quinoa, some veggies, and a little cheese. Can also make grilled buffalo chicken. Look on skinnytaste.com. she has some great recipes.

Sounds weird but horseradish and dijon or brown mustard on ground turkey with broccoli. Maybe more tang than spice but def not bland :)

It just depends on the way you prepare it; can be really quite healthy too. Most traditional curries can be made using low fat yoghurt/greek yoghurt, or lite coconut milk instead of cream, or you can make them with a tomato base. All spices can be added dry also, I often dust meat (chicken and fish mostly) in spices before cooking. You can buy mixes to suit your purpose or even just basic curry powder works fine; I also make dry stir fried noodles with it, like singapore noodles. Cayenne pepper adds a great kick to anything, I use it in everything from meat dishes, to soup, to roasted veg. Skinnytaste was recommended above, she has some great healthy places to start, and there's loads of recipes on the net that have already been skinny/healthified, so maybe try searching for your favourite dish and see what healthy options come back!
