Chicken Veggie Stir Fry

These are the amounts I used, based on what I had at home:
5.6 ounces 99% fat free chicken (had already cooked it last night)
100 grams red pepper
70 grams green pepper
50 grams onion
2 garlic cloves
100 grams broccoli
1/2 tablespoon olive oil
1/4 ounce soy sauce (I have to use gluten free)
1 tablespoon honey
1 tablespoon minced garlic
dash black pepper

Place cut veggies and garlic cloves in frying pan sprayed with cooking spray. Cook to desired texture. While veggies are cooking, mix olive oil, soy sauce, honey, minced garlic and black pepper and set aside. Add chicken (like I said, mine was already cooked). Lastly, add sauce mixture and stir so it coats all of the chicken and veggies. Enjoy! :flowerforyou:

Nutrition (based on brands/amounts I used):
Calories = 368
Fat = 7 grams
Carbs = 34 grams
Sodium = 583 mg
Protein= 47 grams
Fiber = 6 grams

As you can see, it makes a big (filling!) bowl :wink:

I actually eat this (or variations of it) a couple of times per week... I love it, and it's SO versatile- can throw anything in it! :smile:
