OK guys could you please confirm this for me I am now going back over all my foods and something just occurred to me :blushing:
On our food labels there are 2 categories listed
Sodium @ 0.3 g
Equivalent as salt @ 0.8 g
So do I enter this as ...
1. Sodium - 300 mg
or
2. Sodium - 1100 mg (ie total of both)
Thanks guys :drinker:

Enter it as the lower sodium. Don't you hate it labels do stuff that is confusing???
Keep it simple--it has always worked for me. Ad drink lots of water, so the sodium will not matter as much. :drinker:0 -

Thanks for confirming :flowerforyou:
In a way that is a relief lol :blushing: it's bad enough at the start of this journey I had missed the fact that it is entered in mg and not as grammes as it is here in Ireland :grumble:
Would be afraid to go back over now and see the diary entries once I edit all my foods altho might explain a few weeks where there was only a small loss :noway:0
