    anything but Subway. that has to be the worst fast food restaurant in the nation. you can get a sandwich from any other sub shop that will have the same calories and taste a thousand times better.

    i love their sweet onion chicken terriyaki which has the best flavor and the best nutrients for me.

    if you go to a taco place, you can get veggie tacos.. made with beans rather than refried beans but you have to ask to see which they do. Easy cheese and easy sour cream is the key to lower calories.
