Low calories and lack of concentration

Hi All,

It's true what they say, the last 5-6 pounds are the hardest. The target calorie calculator tells me I should aim for 1630 calories per day (if no exercise). I find that kind of daily intake means I have trouble concentrating during the day. Any suggestions to break this dilemma would be helpful.

Thanks

Eat slow to digest foods like nuts and dried fruit between meals.

Have you re-adjusted your goals to half pound a week now that you're near goal? If you can't concentrate you're not eating enough. As I hit goal, I do have to be careful I don't go too long between meals. Not too much easy to metabolize fat around any more to burn quickly.
