can loose skin affect the visibility of muscle "tone"

i am female. i lost 23 kgs.my right bicep is visible when i flex but i can see my left bicep only when i stretch out my hand........loose skin

    Well you don't give starting weight or current weight, so it may just be bodyfat you still need to lose. Only a clean diet can give you definition..

    Wow!

    I wonder how much of that loose skin will be "re-absorbed" as additional time goes by? A lot? Some? Not much at all?

    No, lowering BF% is what gives you definition, has nothing to do with eating clean. Personally i feel better eating clean but thats just me.
