How about starting to fill out your profile? Sit down and really think about why you want to do this and put it out there. Might help to prioritize things in your mind for you and also make you a bit more accountable since you've put it out there for everyone to see.0

Tell yourself that TODAY is the day. You'll never have looked back and said "I really regret that I got back on track today!" but you will have regret if you have to say "I wish I WOULD have gotten back on track, yesterday and the day before and 5 days ago and a week ago ..." etc. etc. etc.
Look at it like a pool of mud. Do you want to just get out already or just keep spinning your wheels over and over yet not getting anywhere?0
