chili chocolate coffee. lately in a throwback to old days i was craving that coffee with an envelope of hot cocoa and bran muffin "cleanse" feeling. but im supposed to be cutting cals right? so my solution has been to add unsweetened trader joes cocoa powder to my morning cup of joe and creamer and sweetener and then for a kick since i missed the muffin (know where to find it) i got a crazy idea to add cayenne..tastes great and #whooshthereitis. for stubborn days i add cocnut oil if my cals permit. I can go to bed as bloated as a lactose intolerant dairy cow and this drink will set me straight in the morning.0

Buy an aloe vera plant, cut a leaf and the yellow substance that is usually discarded could be what you're looking for.0

I know someone over 60 years old who uses cheap laxatives daily because she's too lazy to watch what she eats and exercise. She has a myriad of health problems stemming from the fact that she's had an eating disorder since she was OP's age that has similar tendencies to anorexia.
OP, stop searching from pro-ED people and get some help.0 -

There's really no need - there are other options:
1. Organise yourself a job interview
2. Take some exams you haven't revised for
3. Climb a very tall building - from the outside
4. Fly on a plane which experiences extreme turbulence
5. Give a 30 minute presentation to 500 of your peers
Good luck!
#1 would work best for me.0
