Below is a link to a document from Jamie Oliver's website. He is the Englishman who had a television program on US television earlier this year where he tried to improve the quality of food being served in schools in a southern US state.

This is a pdf file, so it didn't want to allow me to copy and past the data in it, but if you pull it up, you can save it to your own pc, and you might find it a very handy reference.

Just one example,,,Did you know that "brown rice syrup" is a form of sweetener? How about "Isomalt? "or "fruit juice concentrates"?...
