So my sister got me two of those specialty sushi rolls from a japanese restaurant. Each roll has 8 slices that are about 1.5inches in diameter, and about 1 inch thick.
The description for the first one is: Spicy tuna roll with marinated albacore outside, topped with Jalapeno chili, special garlic dressing with chili oil
and the second one: Spicy tuna, crab roll with ahi tuna outside, topped with sesame dressing and Japanese chili oil
I was thinking of recording the calories of each piece(slice) at 70 Calories. Is that reasonable? If not, what would be a better estimate?
