Post your best skinny Football season recipes! We have a big football family here (plenty of rivalry going on too)! And I need to slim down some recipes!
One of our favorites is to get boneless country pork ribs, throw them in the crock pot with onions, salt, pepper, cayenne pepper, liquid smoke and Italian seasoning. Cook on low for 6-8 hours then drain. Shred the pork with a fork. Those of us who are keeping it a little healthier can take this pork and put it on a salad or lower cal bread or use our imaginations. Those who aren't can put it on a pretzel bun with some BBQ.
We also love flat-out pizza. Take a flat out and some no sugar pizza sauce and toppings of your choice. Put in over at 350 for 10min or until crispy.
