20lbs could be a lot of that belly. Don't give up hope! Keep going. If you aren't already add in some heavy lifting (compound, barbell lifts, 5-12 reps). This will preserve muscle and ensure that as much of that 20lbs is fat as possible. Plus it'll tighten and strengthen the muscle underneath the fat. See where you are at your goal. 23% body might still include a belly for you. It includes chubby thighs for me. You might want to go lower when you get there, or you might decide you are happy with what you've got and it's not worth the effort.0
