Weight gain from morning to night

So I've been a little obsessed with the scale as of late. Weighing in every morning and every night. I watch my weight go all over the place.
I found out I can gain 10lbs of water in just one day... How can I keep my water weight from discouraging me?
I know it's not real weight, but damn.... my non-rational (aka, the female) side still gets bummed out....
I'm really just here to vent my crazy....

Stop weighing yourself so much. This is self-inflicted "crazies". Pick a day and stick to that, weigh yourself first thing in the morning on that day.0

That is quite a swing. Mine doesn't vary more than 3 lbs0

Just weigh in the morning. The other times of day don't matter.0

Can relate - your logically self told you it's just fluid, your emotional self wanted to scream!
I weigh myself only in the morning after going to the bathroom. Way more accurate for tracking.0 -

I only weigh myself first thing in the morning. Never throughout the day. If I did, I know I'd get discourage, freak out, and probably quit.0

Well its always gonna be a gain from morning to night. As come the end of the day you have all the food and water in your stomach from the day. Stick to weighing in, in the morning. Plain and simple.0

If you have lost 94 pounds, and you are obsessing over water weight, you need to dial it back a notch. Seriously. Get some counseling. I'm not being sarcastic, or trying to be a jerk. Your life will be better when you have a healthy attitude towards food and your body image, which is doubtful if what you are reporting here is true.
Just my two cents.0 -
I agree to only weighing in the morning! It's like being on a 2 day road trip and asking every 5 minutes "are we there yet?".....it just makes it a LOOOOOOOOONGER trip.0
