(Hopefully I'm posting this in the right part of the boards!)
I've lost 40 pounds in the past year and a half, with about 18-25 to go. I had a major NSV yesterday and thought I would share.
I was preparing for an interview and I needed new "interview" pants. Went into an inexpensive store I had previously purchased pants from. When I was at my highest weight, I remember being about to go for an interview, and getting upset in that very same store because I was a size 15 in their pants.
I can proudly say the pants I purchased from there & wore to my interview were a size 9- single digits![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)
(Bonus NSV): Later on that night, I was at my current job, and a co worker had gotten free sweatshirts branded with my work's name. He asked me if I wanted one & quickly backtracked, going "oh, wait, though, all I have is size large, it's going to be too big for you!" without even thinking about it. For so long thats ALL I thought about- it was amazing for someone to make that snap assumption, that a large was too big.
Those two NSVs are my current inspiration to keep going

Congratulations on dropping several pants sizes, and for being taken as too small for a large. That must have felt nice.
Good luck with your continuing weight loss.0 -
