Can you just come over and make it please?

Ok, but you have to do the cleanup!

    Is cleaning nekkid a problem?

In! Unless you use a wire wool pad on my pans.

I want to make this again but I need a new pasta machine, a pasta cutter, and ideally a meat grinder.

I'm impressed! I don't have a pasta maker but my mom does, this makes me want to try it! Would love to see more of what you're making!

Aha! Homemade filled dumplings are da bomb! Be they agnalotti, ravioli, pierogi, potstickers, they all are the same idea and easy to make once you do it a couple times. And gnocchi are dead easy! Use the recipe tool to figure out how many calories are in yours and then you can easily include them in your food diary.

Don't wait until you have a pasta machine to try making fresh pasta. You can often use whatever you have in the kitchen to shape it. This recipe has pictures of using something as simple as a measuring spoon! http://www.justapinch.com/recipes/main-course/italian/fresh-pasta-in-the-food-processor.html
