Hello everyone!

I'm a total beginner when it comes to this stuff. I walk just about everywhere since I've yet too learn to drive (sad I know) I started eating more healthy. Also I don't sleep (child of the night), well I can't for some reason. My body says sleep but I just kinda lay there till about 6:00am I really don't want to take sleep medication any tips too falling asleep? I'd go for walks or something at night but its not really safe too walk alone at night here.

    Melatonin...it's a natural sleep aid. Though I wouldn't take it every night

    This. I have a hard time sleeping at night (during the day is fine for me though), so I will take this, or I will pop a Cal-Mag tab before bed and a lot of times that helps too.
