Proper Cal. Calc. W/out Using an HRM Question

So, I had rehearsal with my partners for an upcoming dance show today, which was about 1 hour and 15 mins. I went to log this on MFP as Belly Dancing - 70 mins and came out with: 656 calories burned. Now, I'm not expert on exercise but that particular figure seems a bit wackadoodle. I am pretty overweight , so maybe you burn more calories due to more exertion because you weigh more but to that degree? I don't know. I do not own a HRM. They're probably inexpensive but I don't really have much motivation to invest in one. Is there another way for me to get a more accurate estimate of how many calories I'm burning so that I'm actually being "honest" when I'm doing this. Maybe there's a website that some of you have used that has more accurate figures?

I use Polar HRM FT4, with chest strap and transmitter, I paid 61.00 and free shipping from here:

I have more faith in this than any online calculator or MFP numbers on exercise. If you buy direct from Polar, you will pay around 99.00 for it. I got mine in 5 days. Hope this helps.0
