dare you food challenge

Could you go a whole month with out sugar or dairy? Me and two other wonderful ladies are taking the dare. I'm sure your thinking...is she crazy! I have realize those are my weaknesses. I want to challenge myself and complete my goal. Is all in my mind. I would say wish me luck but I know I can do it. I wanna ask you... can you take the dare? It's just for a month :)

    I don't eat sugar since the start of the month, at least I try to. It is really hard for me! I had 11clean days out of the 15 now.

    But I got a new tactic now, longest time in a row were 5days, so this time i will do 6days, etc.

    So is this just no adding sugar to food and stuff. Or do you mean anything that contains sugar. As fruit has natural sugars.

    I cut out all dairy and do not miss it. I seldom have sugar and when I do I make sure I count exact calories.
    I really don't miss it as much as I used to. After 2 weeks...I could take it or leave it..and now..I actually say no and don't bat an eye..unless it TOM..then...that's another story..LOL
  • Nothing that's loaded with sugar. You can't help but eat fruit so that doesn't count since its natural

    I noticed I'm not craving sugar since I'm keeping up with my protein macros, a challenge, but no cravings!! This is a crazy new thing for me! I'm loving it, feeling pretty good with minimal sugar---- disclaimer, on my long run days, I do eat some sugar, but I keep it low low low--- good luck y'all!!
