re-focusing on my goal

i posted this as an update on my page, but what the heck - i will share it with you all, if any one takes the time to read and friend requests are welcome :)


Back in November 2012, my starting weight was 285lbs, my original goal was to get down to 224lbs by the end of october 2013, for my family vacation.

I am currently at 246.5lbs - As it is getting closer to the time to the holiday - my original goal still seems far off, especially after loosing focus the for the past couple of months.

I have now re-set my goal, and i have 5 weeks til my holiday. My new target(realistic) weight goal for my holiday is 231lbs.

I have got 15.5lbs to loose in the next 5 weeks - I plan to strictly stick to my calorie intake and monitor it very closely, i am going to completley cut out bread and go for walks on a daily basis.

Hopefully with the support of my friends and family, and fellow MFP folk i can acheive what i set out to do and that was to loose at least 56lbs for my family holiday.

my current total weight loss is 39.5lbs.

i look forward to sharing the next 5 week strict journey with you - and feel free to kick my *kitten* or send support, i definately need the *kitten* kicking to get back into gear!! :D when i return from my holiday i will be setting a new goal to get under 200lbs and i will need all the support i can get on that one hahaha :D Thanks and love you all <3
