Support needed

I am a 58 yr old female who 18 months ago had the sleeve op. So far I have lost 7 st but this year I have struggled to lose 7lbs is there any one out there who can support me and I can support them?

Hello! I'm 55 and have lost 50lbs..but gained some back. I haven't had any surgeries to lose weight...but figure we're all in the same boat. Losing weight is tough...and seems tougher at our ages.
